Our group primarily works with Electronic Health Records from the University of Pennsylvania health system. This data is managed by the UPHS Data Analytics Center (DAC). If you would like data, a good place to start is using their de-identified Cohort Explorer tool or filling out a DAC data request. If you have IRB approved research, PennSeek is another great option for cohort selection.
